Beginner guide
Use one live question at a time for most classes. Keep it short and focused.
Ask about things you can act on, such as communication, class information, mornings/after school, events, meals, or the school environment.
Avoid urgent or sensitive questions. The prompt is anonymous and is not for safeguarding, complaints, or anything needing a direct reply.
Leave time between questions. A good starting point is a 7-day cooldown after a view/skip and 21–30 days after a response.
Review response rates. If views rise but responses drop, reduce the number of live surveys or make the question simpler.
